Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I use research-based practices to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being. Therapy is a collaborative process, so you get to co-create the space that's best for you. All I ask is for a spirit of curiosity and a willingness to be vulnerable, at your own pace.

What To Expect

Therapy process

-Therapy is a conversation between you and your therapist about your life: past, present and future, to connect dots that are tough to see on your own. What a beautiful investment in yourself!


-Initially I will ask lots of questions to get to know you, providing a thorough foundational base for our work together.


-Sessions are client-led, in that you bring your thoughts, feelings, and life experience to each one. They are also collaborative, so we go wherever feels right, and I offer supportive structure, feedback, and guidance along the way.


-I like to check in about how therapy is feeling from time to time, and am happy to make adjustments as needed. This is your space!
